摘要本论文在本课题组和已有文献研究工作基础上,对50%阳离子度丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵和丙烯酰胺共聚物(P(DAC-AM))的聚合工艺进行了初步探索。以简单浓缩后工业丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)阳离子单体和丙烯酰胺(AM)单体为原料,以V-50为引发剂,采用引发剂一次性加入-两步升温的方式,以产物特征粘度为指标对单体起始质量分数w(单体)、引发剂用量占单体的质量比m(V-50): m(单体)、助剂用量占单体的质量比m(Na4EDTA):m(单体)和聚合反应温度(T1、T2)对50%阳离子度(P(DAC-AM))制备工艺进行单因素优化研究,初步得到P(DAC-AM)的较佳制备工艺条件为:w(单体)=43%,m(V-50):m(单体) =0.10%,m(Na4EDTA): m(单体)=0.03%,T1=52.0℃,T2=65.0℃,制备出特征粘度值为13.35 dL/g,单体转化率为92.46%的P(DAC-AM)胶体产物。为高相对分子质量50%阳离子度P(DAC-AM)的制备工艺的进一步优化创新打下基础。63627

Title Preliminary exploration of synthesis of P(AM-DAC) with 50% Cationicity in azo initiator system                 

Abstract

Based on our group’s research work and existing literature , the polymerization processes of poly(acryloyloxyethyltrimethyl ammonium chloride-co-acrylamide) (P(DAC-AM)) with cationicity of 50% were studied in this paper. Using simple concentrated industrial acryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride (DAC) cationic and acrylamide (AM) as the monomers ,V-50 as the initiator , the preparation technologies via a method of adding the monomers in a lump and increasing temperature stepwise were investigated by using the intrinsic viscosity as qualitative criterion. 5 influential factors :w (monomer), m(V-50): m(monomer), m(Na4EDTA):m (monomer) and polymerization temperatures (T1, T2 ) were studied . The optimum conditions were as follows :w(monomer) =43.0%, m(APS):m(DAC) =0.10%, m(Na4EDTA):m(DAC)=0.03%, T1=52.0℃and T2=65℃. The intrinsic viscosity of P(DAC-AM) colloid product was 13.35dL/g, and the monomer conversion was 92.46%. The present work has constrected a foundation for the further study on synthesizing high molecular weight P(DAC-AM) with 50% cationicity .
