摘要：通过查阅相关资料文献，得到初步的柠檬香精拟配方和护手霜的拟配方；通过实验室进行若干的实验，确定柠檬香精和护手霜的基础配方，然后再通过增加或减少原料及用量对基础配方进行不断优化，得到最终护手霜的配方，其中硬脂酸含量4%，白油含量8%，Brij721含量3%，甘油含量8%；进而做出细腻，光滑，肤感较好，符合实验要求的护手霜；通过反复的闻香，评香，不断改进配方，得到最终的柠檬香精配方，其中主香原料香柠檬油和柠檬油的含量分别为30%，45.8%，进而调配出香气协调，新鲜，透发，持久，符合实验要求的柠檬香精；最后，把柠檬香精加入到护手霜之中，通过实验确定柠檬香精的相对最佳用量为0.3%。62264
