摘要:二甲醚(DME)是一种无色、无毒的优良化合物,并且二甲醚(DME)有广泛的应用,由于它的优良品质,所以在民用上有很大的用处,可以替换燃料使用,并且对环境无污染。高浓度的二甲醚也能替换氟利昂作为制冷剂,从而减少氟利昂对臭氧层的破坏。并且在工业生产中二甲醚可以作为甲醇的替代品合成甲醛,从而节约了合成甲醛的成本,在工业的大型生产中有很大的优势。目前工业生产二甲醚采用一步合成法和甲醇法制得。本设计采用甲醇气相法合成二甲醚,此方法合成的二甲醚质量高,成本低,无污染,装置大型化。此方法中甲醇的单程转化率高,在70-85%之间,二甲醚的选着性也很好已经大于98%,并且生产的二甲醚纯度很高为99.9%。甲醇气相法工艺流程可分为五个工段,分别为汽化工段、脱水反应工段、初馏工段、精馏工段和回收工段。62017

Abstract: Dimethyl ether (DME) is a colorless, non-toxic excellent compounds, and dimethyl ether (DME) is widely used, because of its excellent quality, so it have great use in the civilian, can replace fuel, and has no pollution to the environment. The high concentration of dimethyl ether can replace freon as a refrigerant, thereby reducing the destruction of the ozone layer. And in the industrial production dimethyl ether can substitute for methanol to synthesis of formaldehyde, so as to save the cost of the synthesis of formaldehyde,  in the industry large production has a great advantage. At present, the industrial production dimethyl ether using one step synthesis method and the methanol method. This design uses methanol gas phase method to synthesize dimethyl ether, this method has high quality, low cost, no pollution, no pollution and no pollution. In this method, the methanol conversion rate is high, in the 70-85%, the choice of dimethyl ether is also very good has more than 98%, and the production of two methyl ether purity is 99.9%. Methanol gas phase process can be pided into five sections, respectively for the vaporization section, dehydration reaction section, at the beginning of the distillation section, rectification section and recovery section.
