摘要Fe3O4纳米粒子应用广泛,它的合成有球磨法、高温分解法、沉淀法、水热法、微乳液法、溶胶-凝胶法、生物模板合成法、微波水热法等。本文主要讲述了水热法合成四氧化三铁的方法。水热法是指在特制的密闭反应容器(高压釜)里,采用水溶液作为反应介质,通过反应容器加热,创造一个高温高压的反应环境,使得通常难溶或不溶的物质溶解并且重结晶。59857

氧化锌(ZnO)是一种新型无机化工材料,它既是性能优良的压电、热电和铁电材料,同时也是一种新型的宽禁带半导体材料,被广泛应用于橡胶、染料、油墨、涂料、玻璃、压电陶瓷、气体传感器、图像记录材料、光电子及日用化工等领域,特别是纳米ZnO用于毛织物的后整理,使织物具有抗菌除臭、消毒、抗紫外线的功能,国内外在纳米ZnO制备和应用领域的研究正在不断的加强和深化。目前己经制备出了多种不同形貌的ZnO一维纳米材料,并在激光、场发射、光波导、非线性光学等领域上有了新的用途。对超顺磁性Fe,04纳米粒子的制备方法及表面改性方法进行了总结,目前常用的方法有微乳液法、水热法、共沉淀法、溶胶.凝胶法及水解法,讨论了这些方法的优缺点,并对超顺磁性Fe,q纳米粒子的应用作简单的介绍,对其进一步的研究进行了展望。

Title  Fe3O4 @ ZnO Preparation and Properties of Electromagnetic Wave Absorbing Materials

Abstract Fe3O4 nanoparticles application wide range of its synthetic ball milling, pyrolysis, precipitation, hydrothermal method, micro emulsion, sol - gel method, the biological template synthesis, microwave hydrothermal method. This article focuses on the hydrothermal synthesis of tri-iron tetroxide. The hydrothermal method is specially closed reaction vessel (autoclave) the aqueous solution as the reaction medium, through the reaction vessel was heated to the reaction environment to create a high temperature and pressure, typically poorly soluble or insoluble material was dissolved and recrystallized.

Zinc oxide (ZnO) is a new type of inorganic chemical materials, it is both excellent performance piezoelectric, thermoelectric and ferroelectric materials, but also a new type of wide band gap semiconductor material, is widely used in rubber, dyes, inks, paints , glass, piezoelectric ceramic, gas sensors, image recording materials, optoelectronics and daily chemical and other fields, in particular, nano-ZnO for wool fabric after finishing, the fabric has anti-bacterial deodorant, disinfectant, anti-ultraviolet function at home and abroad research in the field of preparation and application of nano-ZnO is constantly strengthening and deepening. Already prepared a variety of different morphologies of ZnO one-dimensional nanomaterials, laser, field emission, optical waveguide, nonlinear optics and other fields have a new use.The preparation and surface modification of Fe3 04 nanoparticles super paramagnefic were summarized.The chemical preparation methods were discussed including micro emulsion method,hydro-thermal method,CO—precipitation method,sol—gel method,etc.Based on the recent progress,relative merits of

those methods were analyzed.The application of ICe3 04 nallo-particles in magnetic recording materials,microwave materials and medicine were introduced.
