聚偏氟乙烯改性凹土混合基质超滤膜的制备及表征

摘 要:本文通过表面接枝将温敏性聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PNIPAAM)接枝到凹土(ATP)表面,制成了温敏性改性剂PNIPAAM-g-ATP,并将其掺杂到聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)铸膜液中,利用浸没相沉淀转化法制备PVDF/PNIPAAM-g-ATP混合基质超滤膜。考察不同改性剂用量对PVDF膜孔径、形貌、纯水通量的影响以及温度对其纯水通量的影响。实验结果表明:(1)PNIPAAM成功地接枝在ATP的表面。(2)PNIPAAM-g-ATP的用量对PVDF膜的孔径影响不大。(3)纯PVDF膜的纯水通量几乎不随温度发生变化,而添加改性剂的PVDF膜,其纯水通量则随温度的升高而增加,且在30-35 °C之间,膜的纯水通量增加幅度更大。(4)改性剂的添加量越大,其对应膜的纯水通量越大。59212

Abstract: This research grafted the thermo-sensitive PNIPAAM on the surface of ATP by surface grafting modification, made into thermo-sensitiv modifier PNIPAAM-g-ATP, and added it into PVDF casting solution, fabricated hybrid ultrafiltration membrane of PVDF/PNIPAAM-g-ATP by immersion precipitation. Studied the effect on pore size, morphology and pure water flux of PVDF membrane, which is influenced by different modifier dosage and the effect on pure water flux of PVDF membrane, which is influenced by the temperature. Results show that: (1)PNIPAAM could graft on ATP successfully. (2)The dosage of modifier have little influence on the pore size of PVDF membrane. (3)The pure water flux of pure PVDF membrane hardly changed by temperature, however, the PVDF membrane had added modifier have pure water flux increased by the increasing temperature, and the rate of increase could be grater when the temperature between 30 °C and 35 °C. (4)The more modifier, the grater pure water flux of PVDF membrane well be.
