本论文针对弹丸侵彻目标时电火工品力学过载的损伤特性问题,利用空气炮试验装置进行了子弹与钢靶板的力学过载碰撞试验,并根据过载前后电火工品的状态分析对比,总结出电火工品的损伤特性。 以A型独脚电雷管和 B型电雷管为试验样品,采用空气炮实验方法研究两类电雷管在高过载条件下的性能和结构变化。分别在 60000g、80000g、100000g 和120000g的加速度峰值下进行了冲击加载试验。加载前、后,测量电雷管的尺寸、电阻值和拍摄X 光照片;分析它们内部和性能的变化,并对电雷管过载环境后输出威力进行了测试。试验结果表明,采用空气炮对样品进行横向加载下,电雷管的桥丝易断裂,空气炮输出端加载,桥丝电阻变化很小;利用空气炮开展输出端加载时,电雷管的电极塞内陷幅度较大,并且内陷的幅度与加速度值成正相关;空气炮加载时,以惯性加载为主;加载前后样品的输出威力变化不大。7609

Title: Dynamic Properties of Electric Initiator under Air gun loading                                                
 Abstract
This thesis focuses on the  problem  of the initiator’s  mechanical overload
damage characteristics  when the  projectile penetrates  into the target.  The
air gun  technique  was used to perform the dynamic characteristic of
detonators under high-g environment of the bullet penetrating the steel
target, then analysis and compare the state of initiator before and after
the high overloading, Summed up the damage characteristics of initiator.
The method of  air  gun  is used to  research the  performance  and structural
changes of type A electric detonators and type B detonator under high
overload condition. The electric detonators size and resistance changes
are measured in different acceleration values: 60 000g, 80 000g, 100 000g
and 120 000g,at the same  time  the  X-ray  photographs  is taken, and  the  state
of the bridge wire is also observed under the stereo microscope. And
electric detonators was  conducted the test of output power under overload
conditions.  The results shows  that,  the  electric  detonator  bridge  wire  is
easily broken under lateral loading ,and its resistance change is very
small  under  output  loading,  The  electric detonators  electrode  plug
retraction magnitude large while using air guns to conduct the output
loading.  And  the  rate  of  retraction  is positively  related to  acceleration
value. Inertia loading is the major factor in the air gun loading. The
output power of sample changed little around the test.
