摘要:中式卷烟,众所周知是适应于中国大多数消费者习惯和需求的中国卷烟的统称。但是说到中式卷烟的风格则往往含糊不清,在消费者心目中至今还没有一个完整清晰的概念,整体形象的缺失己成为中式卷烟发展道路上的一大障碍。因此,中式卷烟需要开阔新境界,开展新领域,冲出新天地。本课题主要针对中式卷烟的香进行剖析。根据对清香、浓香的空白叶组的评吸结果,应用烟草调香技术,经过反复评吸和修改配方来确定中式卷烟香的风格特征,改善卷烟吃和香气,使得加料加香后的卷烟烟气柔和适口、刺激性小、杂气少,整体烟香谐调。最终研究出一款综合型的中式卷烟。其香气吸介于浓、清两种风格之间而偏向于浓香型,浓郁丰满而不失清雅飘逸,使其受到广大消费者的认可与接受,一改中式卷烟陈旧的面貌,创新出别具一格的中式卷烟风格特征。48991

Research on Flavor of Chinese Style Cigarettes

Abstract: Chinese style cigarette, for it is well known that adapt to the majority of China's consumer habits and needs of Chinese cigarette collectively. But when it comes to the style of Chinese style cigarette is often ambiguous, in the impression of consumers has not yet a complete and clear concept, the lack of overall image has become as a major obstacle in the path of the development of Chinese style cigarettes. Therefore, Chinese style cigarettes need to open up a new state, to carry out the new field and out of the new world. This topic mainly aims at the flavor of Chinese cigarettes to carry on the analysis. according to the fresh-flavor and heavy-flavor blank leaf groups’ result of smoking, Applicating tobacco flavoring technology, after repeated evaluation and modified formulations to determine the style and features of Chinese style cigarette flavor and to improve the cigarettes’ taste and flavor, in order to make the taste and smoke of the cigarettes become soft, harmonious and less mixed gas. Eventually developed a comprehensive Chinese style cigarette. Its flavor and smoking taste is between the two styles of heavy and fresh, and tend to be strong-flavor style. Let it become rich and elegant, to be recognized and accepted by the vast number of consumers. To change the face of the old Chinese style cigarettes and create unique Chinese style cigarettes’ characteristic.
