摘要为研究酚醛泡沫塑料的火灾危险性,对酚醛泡沫塑料进行了DSC-TG;MCC;CONE;MS分析,并对出现的实验结果进行分析,通过样品分解过程中重量,能量和产物的变化情况推测样品的分解过程。结果表明,样品本身具有较高的极限氧指数(大于40%)。主要燃烧产物是二氧化碳和碳。升温速率和加热气氛能显著影响酚醛泡沫塑料在加热过程中的热效应和重量变化。在高升温速率情况下,酚醛泡沫塑料剩余质量更少,总热释放量更大,具有更强的热释放能力,燃烧时间更短,放热剧烈。由于材料的热导率低,在MCC、DSC、CONE、MS试验中均出现升温速率上升,峰值温度后移的现象。在高氧气浓度情况下,样品具有更低的放热开始时间和更高的放热峰值。在氮气气氛条件下,样品热效应以吸热为主。所以,在高氧气浓度和高升温速率下,酚醛泡沫塑料具有更高的火灾危险性。48040

Title The fire risk analysis of typical thermosetting insulation materials                                                    

Abstract

In order to study the fire risk of phenolic foam plastics, We analyzed the PF through some methods, including DSC-TG、CONE、MCC、MS. We acquire a series of data about the change of samples’ weight, energy and their product after those experiments above and make necessary analysis to speculate the decomposition process. The results show that the heating rate and heating atmosphere influence on the heat effect and transformation of the sample during the heating process. The sample has a high limiting oxygen index (>40%).the main combustion products are carbon dioxide and carbon. The heating rate and the heating atmosphere can significantly affect the heating effect and the change of weight in the heating process. With higher heating rates, total heat release is greater and heat release capacity is stronger, the burning time is shorter. At high concentrations of oxygen, the sample has a lower heat start times and higher exothermic peak. With nitrogen atmosphere conditions, the heating effect of the sample is mainly endothermic. IN the last, we conclude that at higher oxygen concentration and higher heating rate, phenolic foam has a higher fire risk.
