设计总说明：此次毕业设计主要考虑了进水量、处理流程、运行管理费用与难易程度等情况，经过各方面的比较下选择适宜的污水处理方案，根据提供的相关要求和资料，进行污水处理厂的总体设计以及设计图纸的绘画。47340
设计原则：在保证出水水质符合国家标准的前提下，尽可能节约材料资源，用简易的设备，方便运行维护；有先进的现代科学保证整个流程可以运行；运用已有管线和新时代材料技术是处理优化。
本设计包括：1份设计说明书，5张图纸，其中有：污水厂平面图，主要处理构筑物图，工艺流程图。
通过资料的查询与比对：最终决定使用SBR工艺流程，题目为：SBR法处理某纸业公司污水设计。SBR法又称为序列间歇式活性污泥法，是活性污泥法中一种运行简便，占地面积较小，费用比较适中的方案。其中关键部分是SBR池的设计与运用，是处理过程的关键所在。
该厂的污水流量是 ，下面对于工艺流程作简要介绍：污水从格栅处进入污水提升泵房，再通过细格栅进行进一步处理，进入隔油池，流入旋流沉沙池，洗砂水回流，进行化学投药除磷，到达SBR池进行主要处理，最后经过加氯消毒到达清水池，过程中的污泥先存放在储泥池，然后通过污泥泵站到达污泥脱水一体机，脱水后污泥外运，而污泥出水回流反复运用，
格栅作用：用于进行一级处理的初步处理，去除一些较大的悬浮物如：果皮、蔬菜。毛发等，防止堵塞污泥管道，为后续的处理带来便利。
污水提升泵房作用：提高污水的水位，确保污水从处理工艺中流过，保证污水的处理经过。沉沙池：分离水中密度较大的颗粒。流化床：通过活性炭进行吸附的构筑物，有吸附塔，冷却器等构造。污泥池：存放污泥。污泥脱水一体机：进行污泥脱水，方便污泥外运。
