纤维素基导电吸附材料的制备及应用表征

摘要本文通过利用廉价生物材料羧甲基纤维素钠优化仿生制备新型高效的CMC@PANI 复合材料并对优化得到的材料进行了 SEM、BET、XRD、UV-vis、FT-IR、TGA等表征。研究发现 pH=4,CMC 用量2.5g/L,Hemin 浓度为0.05g/L,0.07M H2O2,0.9M 盐酸掺杂,为 CMC@PANI 复合材料合成的最优条件。在此条件下合成的CMC@PANI同时对阴阳离子染料具有较高的吸附效率。此外,研究表明该材料对 pH 和温度有较宽的适应性,染料初始浓度和时间对 CMC@PANI 吸附 MO 的影响效果较为显著。RSM 优化CMC@PANI吸附MO的条件为:pH=7,C0=100mg/L,反应时间为 3h, 预测去除率值为99. 5%。该条件下,吸附符合准二级动力学和 Langmuir吸附等温方程,是自发、放热的物理吸附,在 323K时有最大吸附容量 294.12mg/g。与其他生物质吸附材料相比,CMC@PANI吸附容量大、条件温和,是较为理想的新型吸附剂。42427

 Title      The Preparation and Application of Cellulose-based   PANI Composite Adsorbent   
Abstract Biomimetic Synthesis of cellulose-based composite absorbent CMC@PANI  were optimized in this paper and  the as-prepared  absorbent  were characteristic by  SEM, BET,  XRD,  UV-vis,  FT-IR and TGA. The data obtained from the  investigations indicated that the optimal conditions of CMC@PANI preparation is pH=4 adding 2.5g/LCMC, 0.05g/L Hemin and 0.07M H2O2 with 0.9M HCl doped at room temperature under which the  CMC@PANI  synthesized  demonstrated high adsorption  efficiency for both anionic and cationic dyes. CMC@PANI showed wide adaptability for MO removal in pH and temperature, while the removal rate was highly dependent on contract time  and the initial concentration  of dyes.  The RSM result suggested that  the best adsorption condition for CMC@PANI to remove MO was 3h under pH=7 with an initial concentration of 100mg/L, of which the removal ratio is predicted to be 99.5%. Furthermore, the adsorption under the selected condition implied that  the process was well described by pseudo-second order kinetic and Langmuir isotherm, which was an exothermic and spontaneous reaction controlled by physical adsorption. A comparison between CMC@PANI and other biomass adsorbents was carried out in this paper, providing that CMC@PANI was an ideal alternative with high adsorption capacity as well as respectively mild adsorption conditions.
