摘  要:Yb:Lu2O3透明陶瓷是一种理想的激光增益介质材料,具有很高的光转换效率以及更短的闪烁响应时间,并且它的物理性质与化学性质都很优异,如宽的发射带宽使得其在制作高亮度激光器方面具有很大的潜力。38538
    本文主要介绍了Yb:Lu2O3透明陶瓷的一些制备方法以及Yb:Lu2O3透明陶瓷的光学性质。使用固相反应法,直接以廉价、国产Yb2O3、Lu2O3粉体为原料,创新性地采用了ZrO2、La2O3、Al2O3三种烧结助剂制备Yb:Lu2O3,并且还研究了烧结助剂对Yb:Lu2O3 透明陶瓷的影响并制备出高光学质量的Yb:Lu2O3 透明陶瓷寻找合适的烧结助剂用量。本文还创新性地采用了真空烧结和热等静压烧结相结合的烧结方法制备出Yb:Lu2O3 透明陶瓷。
本文中,先采用ZrO2和La2O3共掺作为烧结助剂,先在1800 oC条件下真空烧结8 h,再降低到一个较低的温度进行热等静压烧结,烧结温度和烧结压力分别为1750 oC和196 MPa,保温4 h。最后制备出的Lu2O3透明陶瓷在近红外光谱范围内的透过率为达到82%以上,适宜制备高温观察窗口。本文还研究了不同真空预烧温度和不同热等静压烧结温度对应的Yb:Lu2O3陶瓷透过率。

Preparation and optical properties of transparent Yb:Lu2O3  ceramics
Abstract: Yb: Lu2O3 transparent ceramics is an ideal laser gain medium material with high light conversion efficiency and a shorter response time flashes, and its physical and chemical properties are excellent, such as the broad emission bandwidth make it has great potential in the production of high brightness lasers.
This paper describes the Yb: Some Lu2O3 transparent ceramic preparation and Yb: Lu2O3 optical properties of transparent ceramics. Solid-phase reaction method, directly to the low-cost, domestic Yb2O3, Lu2O3 powder as raw material, innovative use of ZrO2, La2O3, Al2O3 three kinds of sintering aids prepared Yb: Lu2O3, and also studied the sintering aid for Yb: Lu2O3 Yb affect transparent ceramics and high optical quality of the preparation: Lu2O3 transparent ceramic sintering aids to find the right dosage. This article also innovative use of sintering and vacuum sintering hot isostatic pressing and sintering a combination of prepared Yb: Lu2O3 transparent.
In this paper, the first use of co-doped ZrO2 and La2O3 as a sintering aid, first in 1800 oC under vacuum sintering conditions 8 h, then reduce to a lower temperature sintering hot isostatic pressing, sintering temperature and pressures of 1750 oC and 196 MPa, heat 4 h. Finally the prepared Lu2O3 transparent ceramic transmittance in the near-infrared spectral range of more than 82% to the preparation of high-temperature observation window. Also studied different temperatures and different vacuum calcined hot isostatic pressing and sintering temperature corresponding Yb: Lu2O3 ceramic transmittance.
