摘要：    三萜酸是一种五环三萜化合物，它具有很强的营养价值，具有抗氧化，镇定作用，提高自身免疫能力及抗肿瘤的多重功效。三萜酸存在于我们熟悉的瓜果，食品，传统药材中，此等富含对人体有用的营养物质，三萜酸这样的营养物质具有高效的营养价值，在人类的生命活动中，为提升健康的生活品质，保持良好的身体状态伴随着很有效的作用。本课题是对利用含有三萜酸的物质，用LC/MS液相色谱-质谱联用的实验方法找到最优的测试条件，进而对测试方法学的研究，通过确定标准曲线，再改变实验的多种单因素，具体寻找测试方法的办法是通过改变仪器测试中的流速、流动相配比、ESI的正负离子的变化对比、和精密度还有稳定性的测试，通过对测试出的标准曲线的对比，找到能在最好的条件下出峰。就能找到最适合本实验使用的样品的测试方法，然后用寻找出的方法来测试同样还有三萜酸的样品，并能得出同样的结论，即在新的样品中也能测试到本品标准样中测得的三萜酸。这就是本实验的主要内容。35109

This topic is the study of triterpenoid acid test methodology, using experimental method is LC/MS, also known as liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry, experiments of triterpenoid acid derivatives, by determining the standard curve, to change a variety of single factor experiment, Seek specific test method is by changing the instrument measuring the flow velocity, flow matching ratio, change of positive and negative ions ESI contrast, and precision test, through the test of the standard curve contrast, can find out the peak in the best condition.
