摘要:本次论文的主要内容是研究对平板膜的临界通量造成影响的因素。MBR膜生物反应器是一种新型的污水处理装置,它将超滤膜和微滤膜分离技术与污水处理中的生物反应器互相结合,从而形成了一种新的工艺技术。这种反应器综合了生物处理技术和膜处理技术二者的优点。超滤膜组件和微滤膜组件作为泥水分离单元,可以完全取代传统污水处理工艺中的沉淀池。本课题通过对比不同因素下不同型号的平板膜临界通量的对比来研究影响平板膜临界通量的因素,从而分析在实际工程应用中MBR膜生物反应器的运行需要注意的各项因素。本课题研究了曝气强度、污泥浓度、曝气管距膜底距离、温度、油类污染物浓度、次氯酸钠浸泡时间等因素对平板膜临界通量的影响。结果表明,油类污染物浓度对膜生物反应器运行的影响最大,污泥浓度次之,温度对平板膜的临界通量的影响由于实验数据不足尚不明确,曝气强度、次氯酸钠浸泡时间和曝气管距膜底距离对PVDF平板膜的临界通量没有明显影响。35090

The research about operation characteristics of PFVD flat membrane in submerged membrane bioreactor
Abstract: The main purpose of this paper is to study the factors that influence the critical flux of flat membrane. The membrane bio-reactor is a new sewage treatment device which combines microfiltration membrane separation technology and ultrafiltration membrane separation technology. The rector has both advantages of membrane treatment technology and Biological treatment technology, which use microfiltration membrane and ultrafiltration membrane as slurry separation unit, can replace sedimentation tank completely. The purpose of the topic is to study the factors that influence the critical flux of flat membrane through the contrast of different kinds of flat membrane under different circumstances, analyzing the influence factors should be noticed in the operation of membrane bioreactor in engineering application. This topic studied the influence of aeration intensity/sludge concentration/the distance from the aeration tube to the bottom of the membrane/temperature/oil pollutants/ the soaking time of sodium hypochlorite on critical flux of flat membrane. The results show that oil pollutants is the most powerful influence to the operation of membrane bioreactor, then comes the sludge concentration. The influence of temperature on critical flux of flat membrane is unclear since the lack of experimental data. Aeration intensity and the distance from the aeration tube to the bottom of the membrane have no obvious influence on PFVD flat membrane.
