含神经酰胺纳米乳液的制备及其性能研究

摘要:本文通过研究葡糖苷类和蔗糖酯类乳化剂对神经酰胺纳米乳液的粒径和稳定性的影响,筛选出最优乳化剂。同时研究了主乳化剂、助乳化剂、油脂、添加剂等配方组成成分及其用量对神经酰胺纳米乳液粒径及稳定性的影响。在最优配方的基础上研究了活性成分神经酰胺对纳米乳液体系粒径和稳定性的影响,同时运用响应面法研究了各因素之间的相互影响。实验结果表明:当主乳化剂为蔗糖脂肪酸酯(SE1170)时,纳米乳液体系的粒径最小,稳定性最好,而当主乳化剂的用量在0.5%-2.0%时,对纳米乳液体系的粒径影响变化不大;实验所用油脂中辛酸癸酸三甘油酯在加入量为5%时,体系粒径最小,稳定性最好;多元醇的加入对纳米乳液的粒径没有显著影响,而加入少量无机盐有利于纳米乳液粒径的减小。响应面分析法对乳化剂(蔗糖脂肪酸酯)、油脂(辛酸癸酸三甘油酯)、神经酰胺对配方的影响进行进一步研究和探讨。得出各因素对纳米乳液粒径的影响显著性依次为油脂的用量、乳化剂的用量、神经酰胺的用量。32068

Preparation and Properties of Nano-Emulsion ceramide
Abstract: By studying glucosides and sucrose ester emulsifier Nano - emulsion particle size and stability of ceramide, selected the best emulsifier. Also studied the primary emulsifier, emulsifiers, oils, additives and other ingredients and formula composition affect the amount of ceramide nanoemulsion particle size and stability. On the basis of the best recipes on the effects of the active ingredient Ceramide nano particle size and stability of emulsion system to study the interaction between the factors at the same time using response surface method. The results showed that: When the main emulsifier is a sucrose fatty acid ester (SE1170), the smallest diameter of the nano emulsion system best stability, and when the main emulsifier at 0.5% to 2.0%, grain nano emulsion system Path effect changes little; when used in the experiments fats caprylic capric triglyceride in an amount of 5%, the smallest size system best stability; polyol added no significant effect on the particle size of the nanoemulsion, and added a small amount of inorganic salts help reduce nanoemulsion particle size.
