乳化炸药管道内爆轰传播特性的研究

摘要本文在查阅大量相关文献的基础上,自行设计了实验装置与实验方法,分别对乳化炸药的临界管径与其在弯管内的爆轰传播速度进行了相关实验。在得到数据的基础之上又对数据进行了分析与处理,初步得到乳化炸药在弯管内的爆轰规律。主要结论如下:
(1)乳化炸药的临界直径受到管材与壁厚的影响,在不同的管材与壁厚中其临界直径会有所变化,管材的约束性越强其临界直径越小,壁厚越厚其临界直径越大。
(2)乳化炸药在弯管内的爆轰传播既与管道内径相关也与弯管曲率半径相关,随着管径的增加爆轰衰减的越慢,随着曲率半径的增加爆轰衰减的则越快。30623

Title    Study on Emulsified Explosive Detonation  Propagation in the Tube                 
Abstract
On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant literature, the homemade experiment device and experiment method were designed in this paper respectively. The related experiment on the critical diameter of emulsion explosive and the detonation propagation in bending tube were carried out. Based on the data about the detonation velocity, with the data analysis and processing, the detonation propagation rule of emulsion explosive in bending tube were obtained. Main conclusions are as follows:
(1)The critical diameter of emulsion explosive is affected by the pipe material and wall thickness. The pipes with different materials and wall thickness make a difference on critical diameter. The stronger the pipe binding is smaller its critical diameter. The bigger the wall thickness is thicker the critical diameter.
(2)The detonation propagation of emulsion explosive in a bend is related to the diameter of pipe and the bend radius of curvature. With the increase of diameter, the detonation attenuation is slower. With the increase of radius of curvature, the detonation attenuation is faster.
