摘要本课题以给水管的特性和需求作为出发点，对年产5000吨的给水管进行车间工艺设计。本设计根据给水管的使用环境入手，从物理化学性质等方面对原材料进行筛选，并选定高密度聚乙烯和氯化聚乙烯为制管原料，并在此基础上选择最优化的加工方法和生产工艺。根据年产量需要和原料选择合适的机器设备，设计的难点部分在于物料能量的衡算和生产线的设计，再者就是厂房面积以及合理的配制和人员安排，这一系列的设计最终目的就是确保在最合理使用资源的情况下，生产出符合要求的HDPE给水管。29323

The design of workshop for 5000 tons of water supply pipes
Abstract
According to characteristics and the demand of water supply pipe, the workshop for the annual output of 5000 tons of water supply pipe production was designed. Based on the environment of use, high density polyethylene (HDPE) and chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) were selected as the raw materials. And then, the processing method and process were also optimized. In this thesis, the material/energy balance calculation and production line design were the most difficult parts, as well as the plant area conformation and personnel arrangement. The aim of this thesis is to produce the water supply pipe meeting the production and use requirements with resources utilized rationally.
