摘要对二甲苯是重要的化工原料，主要用于生产对苯二甲酸及下游的涤纶纤文。本设计将设计一年产60万吨芳烃联合装置中的分馏工段，该工段通过精馏分离方法将进料分为混合二甲苯、临二甲苯、C9芳烃和C10芳烃，主要设备为二甲苯塔、临二甲苯塔和重芳烃塔及塔的附属设备。本设计在设计过程中主要的设计工具为AspenPlus、Aspen Exchanger Sizing and Rating等软件。本设计具体将对该项目的工艺流程、生产设备和车间布置进行详细设计，以期使所设计工段能够完成预定的生产目标。26985

Title     The Process Design of the Fractionation Section of an Aromatics   Complex with a 600 kt/a Capacity.                       
Abstract
Para-xylene is an important chemical raw material mainly used for the production of terephthalic acid and polyester fibers. The design will mainly focus on the fractionation section of an aromatics complex, which can pide raw meterials into mixed xylenes, ortho-xylene, C9 and C10 aromatics by distillation separation method. The major equipments is xylene tower, ortho-xylene tower and heavy aromatics tower and some accessory equipments. The major design tools are AspenPlus, Aspen Exchanger Sizing and Rating software. To make the fractionation section in accordance with the production goal, the technical process, producing equipment and plant layout are designed in detail.
