摘要本论文研究了点火燃气在具有内表面结构的火药(管状药或多孔药)孔道内的流动过程及其内表面的点火特性。构建了点火燃气在微细孔道内的传播的一文气动力模型;考虑点火燃气与火药内孔表面的对流、辐射传热效应,建立一文径向非稳态传热及着火燃烧模型。结合给定的初始及边界条件,采用MacCormack格式对点火燃气的流动过程进行数值计算;采用显式差分格式对火药内孔表面的传热过程进行数值计算。结果由曲线图表示,可以得到点火燃气流动过程温度、压力等参量的分布及变化规律,以及内孔表面的温度分布及变化规律。对计算结果进行分析可以得到如下结论,火药内孔表面并非同时点火,其内部各点的点火顺序与火药各参数有关,入口处并不一定最先点燃。23425

Title   A Research On The Ignition Characteristics of The   Perforation of Propellants                                                
Abstract
This paper studies the flowing process of ignition gas inside the perforation of propellants like stick propellants and porous propellants and the ignition characteristics of propellants’ stick perforation. A one-dimensional aerodynamic model which shows the flowing of ignition gas inside the perforation is constructed.Meanwhile,a radial one-dimensional unsteady heat transfer model of ignition is constructed considering the convection and radiation heat transfer effect.With the given initial and boundary conditions,numerical calculations of ignition gas’s flowing process are made with MacCormack scheme and numerical calculations of heat transfer process are made with an explicit difference scheme.The results are shown by the graph.The distribution and variation of temperature, velocity and pressure is simulated.At the same time ,the temperature distribution and variation inside the perforation is simulated too.Analyzing the results ,the following conclusions can be obtained.The ignition inside the perforation occurs not at the same time and the ignition sequence is associated with the parameters of propellants.The entrance part may not be the first to be ignited.
