摘要：社区日间服务中心是在我国老年人口不断增加，生活节奏加快情况下，产生的老年人日托型的养老机构，是一种介于专业机构照料和家庭照料之间新形式的养老模式，其具有减轻子女照顾负担，满足了老年人的照料需求等功能。本文主要包括以下几个方面的内容：第一，提出研究的问题和研究意义。其次通过对文献和理论的分析与研究。在实际调研过程中，本毕业论文以上海湖南路街道老年人日间服务中心为实际研究对象，以问卷的形式对日间服务中心的老年人日常生活及自身需求进行了解，调查。在此基础上，分析了社会工作介入社区日间服务中心的可能性，并依据访谈结果，制定社区日间服务中心的“日托”活动，提高社区日间服务中心工作人员的专业素质和服务水平，增加老年人对“日托”生活的满意度。9823

Social work intervention in the community elderly day care—— A case on Hunan street
Abstract: Nowadays, the process of China’s aging population is growing fast and the pace of life growth rapidly. Under this circumstance, community elderly day care center was produced. The community elderly day care is a form of care and home care between professional organization, it has some function as follows. For example, it can reduce the burden of children. What’s more, it can meet the care needs of the elderly and so on. The main content of this artilcle includes the following aspects: firstly, put forward the question of the study and research significance. Secondly, analyzling and researching the literature and theory. During the research process, this article accord to Hunan street elderly day care for the actual study and take the form of communication interview to learn and investigate elders daily life and their requirement. On this basis, analyzling the possibility about social work taking part in community elderly day care center, then according to interview result, formulating “day care” activities in the community elderly day care center, improving professional quality and service levels of people who work in community elderly day care center, promoting satisfactory about the “day care” life of old people.
