摘 要：金星村位于老张集乡南部，南与王兴镇接壤，东临涟水县。金星村属于平原，地势由西向东逐渐降低，土壤为粘性土及砂性土，土壤肥沃，保肥、保水性能好。河水湖面较多，水源充足，灌溉方便。但是存在土地没有集约利用、环境和水都受到一定的污染、公共设施配备不完善等问题。本设计旨在引导农民集中居住、乡村经济社会全面发展，促进村庄适度集聚和集约利用土地等资源。66493

Abstract：Venus village in the south of the old Zhang Jixiang, Wang Hing town bordering the south, east Lianshui. Venus village belongs to the plain, decreased gradually from west to east, the soil is clayey and sandy soil, fertile soil, fertilizer, better water performance.
