摘 要：居住区规划设计属于资源环境与城乡规划管理专业的基本技能，选取具体地块—位于淮安市淮阴区王营镇，盐河以北、长江西路以南、北京北路以西、孙大弘河以的东地进行实地规划设计，通过文本对此地块的规划方案进行详细的设计说明，将此方案的设计依据、规划要求、设计原则、设计理念、设计的详细安排等规划内容进行详细表述，使人可以客观、轻松的了解到。通过对设计方案进行展示，可以检验本科四年的知识与技能的具体综合应用水平。66490
