摘要：本文首先对国内外安全评价研究现状以及涂料生产现状进行综合性描述述，详细阐述了安全评价相关理论并且介绍了评价程序与常用方法，接着以某企业危险化学品生产项目为对象，运用安全评价理论，从物质的危险性以及企业事故类型两个方面对该生产项目进行了危险有害因素辨识，以及重大危险源的识别。通过对危险有害因素的分析，选择MLS评价法、ICI蒙德法以及层次综合安全分析评价法作为安全评价的基础，根据该项目61839
的工艺流程和生产概况，参考及相关的法律并结合相应规范，对该项目进行了风险评估。
根据评价结果结合项目具体情况分析出事故隐患，并根据结果提出了有关合理性建议。

Abstract：This paper on the present situation and problems of current safety evaluation studies at home and abroad and the paint production comprehensive described above, in detail elaborated the related theory of safety evaluation and assessment procedures and methods are introduced, and then taking a dangerous chemicals production enterprise project for the object, using the theory of safety evaluation, from the material risk accident type and enterprise two aspects of the production program is to identify the dangerous and harmful factors, as well as the identification of major hazard installation.evaluation method, ICI mond process and level analysis as the basis of safety evaluation, the evaluation method in combination with the project process and relevant legal norms, the evaluation of production safety of the project.According to the evaluation results combined with the project specific situation analysis accident hidden danger, and the reasonable Suggestions are proposed according to the results.
