摘要随着经济发展，政治的民主化，人们对政府的执政能力要求提出了更高的要求。在社会信用体系中中，政府公信力无疑是核心和基石，它是社会组织和民众之间对政府信誉的主观价值判断，对社会主义市场经济的发展，增强公众的社会归属感，巩固政府合法性，构建和谐社会有着重大意义。政府信任危机的爆发，让政府的施政面临巨大的压力，政府如何提升公信力，有效解决社会问题，已经成为亟待解决的难题。61163

    本文将通过文献分析法，以及案例分析法来了解政府公信力在公共危机治理中的价值和意义，以及在新媒体公共关系中政府公信力缺失的成因，并尝试提出相应对策。

Government trust crisis broke out, make the government's policy under enormous pressure, the government how to improve credibility, effectively solve the social problems, has become a problem to be solved.
