试图探究互动、信任的真正关系,并得出医患互动与医患信任不仅直接相关,并且以满意度作为中间变量间接相关的结论,并在此基础上提出社工介入医患互动的相关建议

医患矛盾与纠纷的频繁爆发,带来了医患关系的相关研究。不少学者试图从微观视角切入,展现医患关系形成与发展的过程,探析其影响因素。互动与信任就是研究医患关系的重要视角。从帕森斯开始,学者们构建了医患互动的多种类型,并探析其与医患关系之间的相关性,并认为医患互动能够有效促进关系改善;也有不少学者认为信任降低是导致医患关系恶化的重要因素。但互动与信任间是存在着一定程度的相关性的,本文试图探究互动、信任的真正关系,并得出医患互动与医患信任不仅直接相关,并且以满意度作为中间变量间接相关的结论,并在此基础上提出社工介入医患互动的相关建议。 59587

Title    Doctor-Patient interaction,trust and relationship:         
Taking Stomatology Hospital of Jiangsu Province as an example         
Abstract The frequent outbreak of doctor-patient conflicts and disputes has given rise to relevant research about doctor-patient relationship. Many scholars try to explain this phenomenon from a micro perspective to show the process of formation and development of doctor-patient relationship and explore affecting factors. Interaction and trust are two important perspectives.  Since  Parsons, scholars have built  multiple  types of doctor-patient interaction, to see the correlation between interaction and trust.  They found interaction could contribute to the improvement of relationship effectively. Many scholars think the reduction of trust is an important factor leading to the deterioration.  However, there do exist a relationship between interaction and trust.  We have to clarify the relationship  between interaction and trust.  This article attempts to explore the real relationship between interaction and trust and comes to the conclusion that there is a direct and indirect correlation between doctor-patient interaction and trust, while satisfactions are the key factor. Based on this,this article give advice on how can social workers do to improve doctor-patient interaction.
