摘 要：以师范学院社会工作专业大一至大四的学生为研究对象，将社会工作的专业认同划分为认知认同、情感认同、行为认同三个维度，运用问卷调查的方法从这三个方面研究该校学生的专业认同情况,共发放150份问卷。研究主要有以下发现：（1）总体上看，该校社会工作专业学生专业认同处于中等水平。认知认同水平大于情感认同水平大于行为认同水平。（2）未来就业的可能性、工作待遇、社会认同度、个人职业规划等因素影响着该校社会工作专业学生的专业认同度。（3）该校社会工作专业学生的专业认同与就业选择之间存在着矛盾。59364

Abstract：The author chooses all the students study in Huaiyin Normal University social work professional as the research object. The social work professional identity is pided into cognition, emotion and behavior identity. In this paper, the author develops her research by adopting the method of questionnaire investigation.150 questionnaires are issued. The study has the following findings: (1) Overall, the professional identity of the social work students is at a medium level. The level of cognition identity is higher than it of emotion, the level of emotion identity is higher than it of behavior. This result is consistent with the existing research results. (2) For the love of professional degree and satisfaction degree, the future possibility of employment, income, social identity and other factors affecting the students of the school of social work professional specialty identity degree. (3) There exists a contradiction between the school social work students and choice of employment.

1 导言
近年来社会工作越来越得到政府的重视，党中央在《关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》中提出要建立一支结构合理、素质优良的宏大社会工作人才队伍。社会工作专业学生作为社会工作人才队伍的主力军直接影响着社会工作人才队伍的建设。社会工作专业学生的专业认同又直接影响着学生的专业学习及其专业素质，影响着社会工作的发展和提高。因此，对社会工作专业学生的专业认同感进行研究是有必要的。在现实方面，可以了解其专业认同的现状及特点，为学校社会工作专业的教育的改进提供一定的依据和方向。在理论方面，有利于丰富专业认同的相关理论研究。
