基于QFD的产品质量改进研究以视频服务为例

摘要随着互联网的进步，国内的视频网站得到了迅速的发展。越来越多的人通过上网进行交流沟通、关注新闻热点、娱乐或其他感兴趣的内容。然而在实际生活中，由于带宽、设备的限制以及对高画质的追求等因素，成为很多网站难以把握的控制点，同时对用户体验造成极大影响。主要表现出来的抱怨有缓冲时间长、播放期间卡顿、拖拽进度条不流畅、分辨率太低等。这些问题一直都是很多视频网站难以把握的控制点。质量功能展开起源于上世纪60年代的日本，是赤尾洋二和水野滋两位教授提出的一种质量管理体系。质量功能展开是在设计和生产过程中充分考虑和满足顾客需求的要求下提供的产品或服务。本文就从质量功能展开入手，分析顾客抱怨，寻找顾客急需解决的要求，并且将其与技术措施相结合构建质量屋，得出急需改变的技术措施就是编码参数。最后通过改进编码参数来改进视频质量，满足顾客需求。对于服务业来说，满意客户的需求始终是第一位的。了解顾客的抱怨和需求，并以此为依据来提高服务质量是至关重要的。以达到甚至超越顾客的需求为目标来提高视频服务的质量，不仅能拉动更多的观众又符合企业的利益要求。它对实践有更现实的指导意义。 58944

Quality function deployment is a product or service that is fully taken into account and meets the requirements of the customer in the design and production process.This article use the quality function deployment, analyzing customer complaints, seek urgent customer requirements, and its combination with technical measures to build quality housing, draw urgent need to change the technical measure is encoded parameters. Finally, to improve the video quality by improving coding parameters, to meet customer needs. For the service industry, the satisfaction of customer demand is placed in the first place. In order to achieve and exceed the customer's demand for the goal to improve the quality of video services, not only to stimulate more audience and meet the interests of enterprises, it has a more realistic significance for practice.
