摘要：青少年犯罪是各国都存在的现象，而由于人们对于有犯罪记录者的歧视以及有犯罪记录者在出狱后没有完善的就业帮扶制度等原因，使得该群体的就业率低，社会不稳定因素增加，对于失足青少年的影响尤为明显，难以重新纳入社会，由此产生一系列的社会问题。本文通过多种角度和层次来对上海市失足青少年的就业促进进行深入的研究和思考，健全失足青少年现有的促进就业模式，构建符合当下社会的就业促进体系和制度，更好地维护社会秩序稳定发展。 本文认为，促进失足青少年的就业问题的关键就在于要解决他们进入社会的综合素质提升、提高社会包容度、在出狱后的就业帮扶政策三个问题。 56841

Abstract：Juvenile crime is all countries phenomenon, and because people have criminal record the perpetrators of discrimination and have a criminal record for offenders in prison after there is no perfect employment support system, making the community employment rate low, increase social instability factors, especially the influence of for troubled teenagers, it is difficult to back into society, resulting in a series of social problems. This paper hope through the multi-level and multi-angle for juvenile delinquents in Shanghai employment to promote in-depth research and thinking, and improve the existing mode of promoting employment, juvenile delinquents build in accordance with the present social system and employment system, and better safeguard social order and stable development. This paper argues that the key to promote the employment problem of juvenile delinquents is to solve the former offenders into comprehensive quality promotion, improve the degree of social inclusion and employment support policies after prison three questions.
