针对某海上钻井平台全程升降试验的风险内容,本文基于未确知数学评价方法,对某钻井平台全程升降试验进行安全等级评定。本文首先对某钻井平台全程升降试验的整体流程进行介绍,对其过程中所可能造成的风险进行了分析;其次,在建立了某钻井平台全程升降试验的风险分析体系后,运用层次分析法将各个风险因素进行了权重分配;再次,通过使用未确知数学评价方法,结合层次分析法所得出的权重,对某钻井平台全程升降试验的安全等级进行了评价。最后,通过对各个风险阶段中的风险因素进行贡献度分析,对各个风险阶段提出了相应的控制措施。

Risk analysis and control of full lifting test of a certain offshore drilling platform

Abstract: During the debugging process of offshore drilling platform, full lifting test is one of the most important. At present, the risk analysis and control measures of full lifting test of offshore drilling platform are scarce. So this paper through the study of the risk analysis and control of full lifting test, which has important theoretical significance to improve the risk analysis and safety management theory of full lifting test of a certain offshore drilling platform. This also has important practical significance to guide the risk control of full lifting test of the certain offshore drilling platform.

In view of the risk content of the full lifting test of a certain offshore drilling platform, this paper based on the evaluation method of uncertain mathematics conducts safety grade evaluation of the whole lifting test of a drilling platform. At fist, this paper introduces the whole process of the full lifting test of a certain drilling platform and analyzes the risks in the process. Secondly, this paper conducts the weight distribution of each risk factor through analytic hierarchy process after setting up the risk analysis system of the full lifting test of a certain offshore drilling platform. Once more, this paper evaluates the safety grade of the full lifting test of a certain offshore drilling platform through using the method of uncertain mathematical evaluation and the weights obtained by the analytic hierarchy process. Finally, the corresponding control measures are put forward for each risk stage through the analysis of the factors in each stage of risk.
