摘要随着经济的发展，第三产业的逐步壮大，文化创意产业在我国及各省逐渐受到重视和关注。南京作为全省的政治、文化、经济中心，具有雄厚的人文资源、区位优势、强大的经济综合实力。其文化产业已初具规模，文化市场逐步完善，但我们也应看到它目前存在的问题和不足。本文研究南京文化创意产业的人才培养相关问题，了解目前南京文化产业创意人才的总体现状，依据国家政策，借鉴国外人才培养经验，再结合所学习的人力资源管理的专业知识，总结出促进南京文化创意产业人才培养的主要措施，以加快南京文化创意产业的整体发展，同时也可以从中发现当今文化创意产业人才培养中存在的问题，并制定出对应的政策，从而更好的发挥文化创意产业的作用。46872
