本文的研究对象是上海润勋实业，运用的理论结合实践的探究原则，全面分析了该企业在货币资金管理制度上暴露的问题，并针对相应的问题提出了一系列改进措施，以保证货币资金管理制度的完善，具体的研究内容包括了:从企业经营发展实际情况出发，建立健全资金权责分配机制，针对不相容的职务进行分离;进一步规范化涉及货币资金业务的办理流程;完整的记录货币资金业务活动情况;完善授权审批体系，实现对相关收付业务的实时监督;标准化内部稽核制度;妥善保管核控制有关货币资金有的记录。
在企业发展成长的过程中，资金就相当于企业运营的血液，推动着企业业务活动的开展和盈利。企业在货币资金管理制度上必须遵循分权和集权结合的原则，也就是在发挥各职能部门对货币资金进行严格的管理和监督的同时，企业集团要实时把握其流动和管理方向。笔者在阅读和研究了有关货币资金管理体系的文献和相关理论，以及成功企业的经典案例，就上海润勋实业实际情况，提出了相应的措施必须:坚持不相容的职务分离机制，同时严格管理企业，加强集权，完善资金预算等有关货币资金的职能部门管理机制。
