摘要：上海城镇“未富先老”的人口老龄化格局日趋严重，由此养老模式面临严峻的考验。在多种养老模式逐渐兴起之时，家庭养老依然为我国养老的主要模式，而且在长期的时间内依然以家庭养老模式为主不会改变。在上海快速的发展的情况下，家庭养老模式也在发生着一些改变，随着城市化的深入，变化必将继续，并且逐渐与现实情况相适应。与此同时，家庭养老模式还是呈现出了一系列问题，需要人们通过深入地调查、研究和总结，为将各方资源整合、充分利用以发挥家庭养老的社会最大效益提供参考。
本论文主要运用了社会调查研究方法、访谈法 、比较法，对家庭结构不同的老年人进行个案调查,在分析和归纳上海市家庭养老体系现状和需求的基础上，从人口老龄化背景入手，结合社会政策、老年人本人和家属的资源和观念以及社区、社会资源的分配，提出完善上海市家庭养老服务体系提出一些建议，并对在完善过程中可能出现的问题进行探讨，进而提出以满足老年人的需求为核心，从根本上改善家庭养老模式出现的弊端，令大多数老年人能够安享晚年的可行性建议。6772

The study of social support network of large city family pension——Taking Shanghai as an example

Abstract：Shanghai town "old before getting rich" pattern of the population aging is becoming more and more serious, the pension mode is facing severe test. In a variety of pension mode gradually rise, the family pension is still the main mode of China's pension, but in the long period of time is still in the family pension mode does not change. In Shanghai's rapid development, family pension mode is also undergoing some changes, with the depth of the city, change will continue, and gradually adapt and reality. At the same time, the family pension mode or appear a series of problems, people need through in-depth investigation, research and summarize, in order to make full use of all resources integration, to provide reference to the maximum benefit of society plays the family pension.
This paper mainly uses the research method, social investigation method, comparison method, different family structure in elderly case investigation, based on analysis and summary of Shanghai City family pension system present situation and requirement, starting from the background of aging population, the elderly, combined with the social policy of himself and his family and community resources and ideas, the distribution of social resource, put forward some suggestions to improve the service system for the elderly in Shanghai City family, and the possible problem in the application process are discussed, and then put forward to meet the needs of the elderly as the core, to improve the shortcomings of family pension mode fundamentally, so that the majority of the elderly to feasible suggestions to retire.
