摘  要：目前，农村人力资源开发已经成为社会主义新农村建设的重要部分，它成为增加农民收入、发展农业生产力的有力保障。我国农村地区的人力资源十分丰富，在数量上占有很大优势，但整体素质相对来说比较低，有待提高，这一现状很大程度上阻碍了农村经济进一步发展，因此，培养高素质的新型农民是推动社会主义新农村建设的有效途径。本文通过阐述农村人力资源开发的必要性，系统地对当前周口市农村人力资源的状况和问题进行剖析，然后针对这种现状，提出科学合理的对策以及建议，来优化周口市农村人力资源结构，以促使周口市农村经济不断发展。38289

Zhoukou City Research Problems of The Rural Human Resources Development
Abstract:Currently, human resource development in rural areas has become an important part of the new rural construction of socialism, it became increasing farmers' income, the development of effective protection of agricultural productivity. Human resources are very rich in China's rural areas, a large advantage in numbers, but the overall quality is relatively low, to be improved, this situation is largely hindered the further development of rural economy, therefore, develop new high-quality farmers are an effective way to promote a new socialist countryside construction. By necessity Rural Human Resources Development elaboration, the system for current status of Zhoukou rural human resources and issues analysis, and for this situation, put forward scientific and reasonable measures and recommendations to optimize the human resource structure of rural Zhoukou City, Zhoukou City to promote the continuous development of the rural economy.
