摘要：EHS 管理体系是一个体现企业综合素质的主要标准，对于机械制造业来讲，产品在生产使用过程中对于环保、健康、安全的影响，体现了一个企业的生命力与竞争力。针对机械制造行业的特点进行有目的性的管理控制措施，防止制造产品过程中各种事故，减少人身伤害、财产损失、环境污染是EHS 工作的重点。通过以某零部件公司为研究对象，对企业现有的生产工艺进行风险评估，建立合适的EHS 管理体系，对实施该体系过程中的成果进行分析，取得了较理想的效果。一个富有行动力的管理体系需要各部门的积极参与，形成公司独特的企业文化，才能推动企业EHS 体系的持续有效运行。 35883

EHS System Research in Automotive Components Company
Abstract: EHS management system is a manifestation of the main criteria for their overall quality, in terms of the mechanical manufacturing, product use in the production process for the environmental, health, safety impact, reflecting a corporate vitality and competitiveness. Conducted for the machinery manufacturing industry is characterized by purposeful management control measures to prevent the manufacture of various products in the course of accidents, reduce personal injury, property damage, environmental pollution is the focus of EHS work. By automotive components company for the study, of the company's existing production processes for risk assessment, establish appropriate EHS management system, the system is in the process of implementing the results of the analysis carried out, and achieved better results. A full mobility management system requires the active participation of various departments; the company formed a unique corporate culture, in order to promote the continued effective operation of company’s EHS system.
