摘要:安全对于国家经济的稳定和发展非常重要，世界各国对安全都非常重视,政府与社会应该从实际出发检视如何不断完善安全生产监督管理制度，完善安全生产监管水平，解决安全生产发展的社会问题。本文通过安全检查表法对上海市奉贤区选取的50家工贸企业进行安全测评，得出奉贤区工贸企业安全管理水平报告，同时对在评价过程中发现的问题进行研究分析，运用戴明管理理论建立评价体系，并且依据《企业安全标准化基本规范》（AQ/ T9006-2010），形成符合奉贤区工贸企业发展、管理、监察等的技术方案；供政府部门及安全管理部门参考，同时找出相应的对策，完善奉贤区工贸企业的安全管理。33058

Safety Management evaluation and Countermeasures of Industrial Enterprises in Fengxian District
Abstract: Safety is very important for the country's economic stability and development. For safety in all countries of the world very seriously .Government and society should consider how to continue to improve production safety supervision and management system. Improve the level of safety production supervision, to solve social problems of safety in production development. By safety checklist method Fengxian District of Shanghai Industrial Enterprises selected 50 safety evaluation, Obtain Fengxian District Industrial Enterprises Safety Management Level Report.
