摘要:近年来，随着人口老龄化的加剧，延迟退休政策已经成为世界上大部分国家的应对政策，所以延迟退休政策在社会上以及学术界引起了广泛的讨论。有研究发现老年人就业岗位和青年人就业岗位之间存在着替代性，表示延迟退休年龄会影响到年轻人的就业，由于担心延迟退休政策会加大失业率而遭到很多实行延迟退休政策国家的民众反对。还有研究认为基本养老金对退休职工有很明显的激励作用，所以普遍的存在着提前退休的现象。延迟退休需要统筹考虑就业情况与养老保障，统筹考虑不同群体的利益以及短期与长期影响。本文就是对延迟退休政策对就业群体与退休群体的影响的分析。29439

（一） 研究背景和目的
十八届三中全会决定提出，要“研究制定渐进式延迟退休年龄政策”。渐进式退休是符合我国国情的，因为我国现行职工退休年龄是上世纪50年代制定的退休政策规定。而现阶段规定目前不再适合新形式下的本国人口老龄化的今天。
很明显，延迟退休不仅对退休有影响还会对就业有重大的影响，那么延退政策对退休与就业有哪些重大的影响，需要详细研究。
