摘要近年来随着我国城镇化的发展，工业逐渐成为主要经济支柱，城市用地的不断扩大也使得身为土地拥有者的农民不断失去自己赖以文持生计的土地，失地农民这一特殊群体也由此产生，这对农民的生活更是产生了极大的影响。虽然国家出台了相应政策对失地农民进行补偿，但是农民文化程度普遍不高，很难合理运用补偿款使自己获得持续性收入。以呼和浩特市为例，从上世纪90年代至今，经济快速发展，城镇化的推进伴随着城中村的改造使失地农民数量逐渐增多，引发了许多社会问题，所以应重视失地农民的社会保障问题，尤其是养老保障问题。使其共享城市发展成果也显得尤为重要。28942

Title        Study on the pension scheme of landless peasants   in the process of neo¬-urbanization
Abstract
In recent years, with the development of neo-urbanization, secondary has became the major part of urban economy, With the extending of city, peasants lost their farmland which the live by, and become a special group: landless peasants. Although government enacts policies to compensate the farmers, most of peasants could not use the compensation properly, because of their low education level. Take Hohhot city for example, since 1990s，with the development of economy and urbanization，and the reforming of village in the city has brought a lot of problems, especially  pension scheme which makes the sharing of urban development benefits more important.
