摘要：在现代的企业管理中，“企业信息化”是一个非常流行的词语，它对于一个企业的生存与发展都有着深远的意义。企业信息化是指信息法人利用现代信息技术，开发企业信息资源，调动人力资源信息潜能，并建立与之相适应的组织模式，推进企业现代化，提高企业的经济效益和竞争力的过程。23836
近年来，企业信息化已成为我国很多企业特别是大企业的战略选择，它是企业增强核心竞争力的必经之路。身处激烈的竞争环境，竞争力相对较弱的中小企业无疑需要利用企业信息化的手段来规范公司内部运作程序，提高工作效率，从而提升企业竞争力。当然，企业信息化并非一朝一夕就能完成，它是一个较为复杂的系统工程，对于我国许多企业来说仍然是一个全新的课题，无论是在前期策划还是实施过程中，都会遇到许多困惑和疑虑。目前，中小企业已经成为我国国民经济发展的重要组成部分，而信息化又是我国加快实现工业化、现代化的必然趋势，因此，怎样更好的实现中小企业信息化成为当今社会的主题。本文拟对中小企业如何进行信息化建设提出一些自己的看法，并以上海莱布斯实业有限公司（以下简称：莱布斯公司）为实例，对其进行信息化建设提出一些建议。

SME Informatization Strategies
——Illustrated by the Case of Shanghai Leibs Industrial Co., Ltd
Abstract：In the modern enterprise management, “enterprises informatization” is a very popular word. It have a profound significance for the survival and development of enterprises. Enterprises informatization refers to the process that information corporation use modern information technology to develop enterprise information resources, mobilize the potential of human resources information and establish organizational model which adapts to it to promote enterprise modernization and improve economic efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.
In recent years, enterprises informatization has become a strategic choice of many enterprises, especially large enterprises. It is the only way to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. In the intense competition environment, the SMEs whose competitiveness is relatively weak will undoubtedly require the use of enterprises informatization means to standardize its internal operating procedures and improve efficiency thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Of course, the enterprises informatization can’t happen overnight. It is a complex system engineering, and still a new subject for many of enterprises in our country. They will encounter a lot of confusion and doubts whether in the early planning or implementation process. Currently, SMEs have become an important part of China's national economic development. The informatization is the inevitable trend for our country to accelerate the industrialization and modernization. Therefore how better to achieve SME informatization become the subject of today's society. This paper will put forward some own views on SMEs how to construct informatization, and take Shanghai Leibs Industrial Co., Ltd ( hereinafter referred to as: Leibs Co. ) as an example, offer some suggestions for its construction of informatization.
