摘要:员工激励不仅是人力资源管理的一个重要内容也是企业人才发展战略的重要组成部分。本文通过理论与实践相结合的方法对HY公司员工激励进行了分析研究,指出了HY企业激励机制存在的缺陷并结合企业实际对完善企业激励机制提出相应的对策,促使企业激励机制更加完善,使其充分发挥激励员工积极性、主动性、创造性的作用。研究发现HY公司在员工激励方面存有以下问题,激励机制理解缺失,缺乏正确认识;员工激励流于形式,缺乏有针对性的激励;员工技能培训单一,缺乏多角度扩展;企业文化薄弱,缺乏系统完善 。针对上述问题,建议HY公司:正确认识激励机制;多种激励方式优化组合;完善员工培训机制;加强企业文化建设等几方面作出调整。23198

Strategy status and optimization mechanism of HY company employees
  Abstract: Staff motivation is not only an important part of an important content of human resources management is the enterprise talent development strategy..Is studied through the combined method of theory and Practice on the staff incentive mechanism of HY company, points out the defects of the incentive mechanism of enterprise and combined with the actual business countermeasures to improve the incentive mechanism of the enterprise, urges the enterprise incentive mechanism is more perfect, which can fully inspire staff enthusiasm, initiative, creative role. HY company and many small and medium-sized private enterprises have many problems, including: employee incentive form is single, lack of employee deep motivation; incorrect understanding on incentive mechanism, mechanism to specify not matching, unbalanced; incentives targeted not strong; neglecting their breadth of skills; neglect the enterprise culture construction, serious lack of staff cohesion, easy to cause the negative influence of arbitrary. Make countermeasure to solve these problems: to improve employees' pay satisfaction, emphasizing the role of non-material incentive; comprehensive use of various incentives, to achieve a variety of combinatorial optimization; to meet the need of rapid economic development, the staff of the breadth of skills, and employ occupation management team for the enterprise custom more effective management scheme;
