摘 要：大学生职前培训作为帮助大学生提高职业技能,培养职业素养的一种手段，日益受到政府、企业、高校、社会培训机构等相关主体的重视。然而，由于各种主客观因素的影响，大学生职前培训中存在着诸多问题，制约着大学生的就业发展。只有通过提升大学生职前培训的认知水平，加强高校职前培训中心的建设，发挥企业和社会培训机构职前培训的作用，政府为职前培训营造良好气氛，才能不断促进大学生的就业发展。10839

Problems of pre-service training for college students and countermeasures
Abstract: Pre-service training for college students as to help students improve their professional skills, cultivate a means of professional quality, increasingly influenced by the government, enterprises, colleges and universities, the attention of the social training institutions and other related subjects. However, because of various subjective and objective factors, there are many problems in college students' pre-service training, restricts the development of college students' employment. Only through the promotion of the cognitive level of pre-service training for college students, to strengthen the construction of university of pre-service training center, play the role of pre-service training and social training institutions, the government to create a good atmosphere for pre-service training, constantly promote the development of the employment of college students.
