摘要：当下，BIM技术开始发展且发展速度迅速，加上政府现在在推广BIM技术，在建筑工程全寿命周期中工程建模、工程预算、施工组织计划设计等方面将会越来越多的应用BIM技术。工越是细致、劳动力密集型的建筑企业对工程信息的依赖程度就越大,工程信息已然成为现代企业最重要的资产之一，很多建筑企业已经越来越重视工程信息的利用和保护。一般每个建筑项目都包括立项、设计、施工以及维护运营等多个不同阶段，每个阶段又有公司或者单位共同参与项目设计和施工的全过程。建筑项目的一个显著特点就是施工周期长，而且参与方众多，此时工程信息就需要一个平台协调管理。61850

本次毕业设计从公寓楼A虚拟建设工程BIM建模的角度出发，先说明了虚拟建造过程中所需的各个软件的基本情况，在最后从施工图纸信息、Revit虚拟建造建筑模型、BIM 5D虚拟施工过程三个方来演示友谊公寓大楼BIM虚拟建造的详细过程。
