摘 要：为了加强建设工程规划审批后的落实与监督管理，维护城市规划的严肃性，建设工程在竣工规划验收前，需要进行竣工测量。本次毕业设计严格遵守淮安市竣工测量规范，利用全站仪、RTK等测量仪器完成对泰顺佳园住宅小区的房屋、内部道路、雨污井盖的外业测量，再利用CASS6.0软件完成泰顺佳园住宅小区的竣工图编绘，检测其是否满足规划局的规划审批要求。59433

Abstract：In order to strengthen the implementation and supervision and management of construction planning approval,maintaining the rigor of urban planning, the construction needs to implement completion of the measure before the completion of planning acceptance.The graduation project completed in strict compliance with Huaian measurement specifications, using total station instrument, RTK and other measuring instruments to complete the outside measure of the residential district houses, internal roads, rain and sewage manhole cover in Taishun Jiayuan , and then use the software CASS6.0 to complete the compilation of Taishun Jiayuan residential record drawings to detect whether it satisfies the requirements of the Planning Board of the planning approval.

1 前言

所谓竣工测量是指对建筑物竣工验收时，为获得建筑物建成后各建筑物以及地下管网的平面位置和高程等信息的测量工作[1]。具体的内容包括：建筑物地形测量、横断面测量、高程测量、绿化等附属地物测量、相邻关系测量、建筑物的竣工图以及施工区域的竣工平面图的出图[2]。本次毕业设计是为了对泰顺佳园进行竣工验收，对房屋的结构、面积、高度等进行测量，检测其开发商是否严格按照规划局的规划要求来开发。本次毕业设计我主要负责利用RTK和全站仪进行数据的采集以及后期利用CASS软件对采集的数据进行编辑处理的工作。 泰顺佳园住宅小区竣工测量+CAD图纸:http://www.751com.cn/gongcheng/lunwen_64659.html
