摘要本设计为上海浦东新区花桥社区事务受理中心建筑与结构设计，结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，地上五层。高度为18米。建筑总体型比较规则，规则的体型不但便于施工，而且有利于结构抗震。57335

设计内容主要为建筑和结构设计。

建筑设计过程主要包括方案的确定，建筑制图和REVIT建筑模型。

结构设计过程包括结构方案的确定、结构计算和结构制图。

结构方案确定后进行结构计算，学习并运用通用建筑结构设计软件——PKPM建立模型、进行上部结构的整体计算。

依据设计方案按制图标注绘制了建筑施工图。

依据计算结果按制图标准绘制了结构施工图。
