国贸大厦B区空调系统设计+图纸

设计题目来源空气调节系统设计是建筑环境与能源应用工程学生必须熟练掌握的专业技能。本课题拟让学生通过设计国贸大厦B区的舒适性空调系统,使学生掌握空调系统的设计过程,并熟练掌握用AutoCAD绘图的方法与技巧,培养学生分析问题和解决本专业工程实际问题的独立工作能力,使学生掌握一定的实际设计能力。50042

根据导师提供的建筑平面图,结合上海的气象基础数据,学生应熟练掌握空调冷负荷计算、空调系统形式选择、空气处理过程设计、主要设备选型,以及空调风、水系统的设计等主要技术。最后,绘制设计图纸,图纸内容应能较好表达设计意图,图纸深度应接近施工图水平。

2 工程概况

此次参与设计的是国贸大厦B区空调系统设计,购物中心位于上海市市。上海国贸大厦总建筑面积60万平米,

本设计针对B区五层至十九层设计空调系统。五层至十八层高3.4m,十九层层高5.6m,建筑主体结构为框架结构,建筑面积12210m2,空调面积5262.35m2,有客房、办公室、会议室、科技展览厅等房间。

3 设计内容

根据建筑平面图,结合上海气象基础数据,对国贸大厦B区的设计内容有如下

(1)空调冷热负荷计算;

(2)空调系统的方案的比较与选择;

(3)末端设备的选型;

(4)空调风系统的设计与水力计算;

(5)空调水系统的设计与水力计算;

(6)排风及防排烟设计;

(7)其他设备的选择;保温、减振和消声等内容。

4 设计主要工作

完成所在区域的空调系统负荷计算。根据房间负荷、房间功能结合建筑平面图选择空调系统形式。然后进行末端设备的选型与布置。接着进行空调风系统、水系统设计,包括风管、水管管路布置、风口形式选择等。再进行风系统水系统的水力计算以及通风防排烟设计。最后绘制设计图纸与撰写设计说明书。

1 The source of the design

Air conditioning system design is the professional skills that building environment and equipment engineering students must master. This project aims to let the students through the design of air conditioning system for B district of Wanda Plaza to enable students to master the design and selection of air conditioning system, and master the skills and method of computer graphics, trains the student to analyze the question and solve the practical problems of the professional engineering ability to work independently, make students get sufficient exercise. 

According to the construction plan provided by teachers, combined with the local meteorological basic data, students should master air-conditioning cooling load calculation, air conditioning systems, air handling process design, selection of main equipment, and air system, water system design. Finally, drawing the design drawings, the contents of the drawings should be able to express the design intent, the depth of the drawing should be close to the level of the construction drawing.

2 The general situation of the engineering

This design is the design of air conditioning system for B district of International Trade Building or Cetra Building, the building is located in ShangHai City, covers an area of 13.33 million square meters.This design for the B area five to nineteen layer design of air conditioning system.
