摘要：本设计为上海新云传媒川沙办公楼建筑与结构设计，结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构。地上751层，底层层高3.9米，标准层层高为3.6米。设计内容主要为建筑设计和结构设计。建筑设计包括建筑方案设计、建筑形态的设计以及建筑施工图的绘制，建筑设计要求设计者要有一定的想象力和建筑学知识；结构设计主要包括结构方案的确定、结构计算和绘制结构施工图。结构布置要求结构体型简单、规则，各个部分刚度均匀对称，减少结构产生扭转的可能性。结构计算采用PKPM进行。依据计算结果按制图标准绘制绘制结构施工图。6452

The building and structure design of Shanghai xinyun media chuansha office
Abstract: This design is the building and structure design of Shanghai xinyun media chuansha office. The structure is cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame system. It has 6 floors on the ground. The first floor is 3.9 meter,and the others are 3.6 meter. The job of my design is made up of building design and structure design. The building is made up of building case,building form and building drawing. Building design makes the designer have enough imagination and architecture knowledge. The structure design mainly is involved in structure case,structural calculation and structure drawing. The structural arrangement should make the shape simple and regular and stiffness is uniform, reducing torsional of the structure. Structure calculations performed using PKPM. The structural drawings were drawn according to the calculated results.
