摘要:在煤矿工业的发展中,安全生产已经成为重要的部分。然而,重大事故的不断发生,使人们意识到在现代工矿企业生产中隐藏着巨大的危险性,因而对安全的研究越来越受到人们的重视。为确保煤矿的安全生产,对煤矿的安全设计十分重要。36478
矿井通风系统是煤矿开采生产中的一个重要组成部分,是矿井安全生产的基本保障。它的作用是为井下提供安全适宜的劳动环境,保证井下用风地点有良好的空气,安全、卫生条件。做好矿井通风设计对矿井通风与安全尤为重要。
本设计通过使用CFD软件对矿井通风系统进行研究。因为矿井规模大,结构复杂,所以本设计选取一段较为简单的矿井。井下通过风井进行通风,把新鲜空气从入风井输入,并把有毒物质从排风井排出。本设计矿井通风方式为中央并列式,通风方法为抽出式,采煤工作面采用“U”型巷道布置。本设计主要通过比较风井的大小,入风井与排风井直接距离的大小,选出最佳的方案。并进行有毒物质弥散状态下的通风研究。

The Ventilation Safety Design Of The Coal Mine
Abstract: In the coal industry development,the safety in production already became important part.However, major accidents continue to occur, so that people realize that there are enormous risk in the modern industrial and mining production, and thus more and more researches are on the safety of people's attention.To ensure the safety of coal production, coal mine safety design is very important.
Mine ventilation system is important part of coal mining production, and it’s the basic guarantee of mine safety.Its role is to provide the safe and suitable underground working environment,to ensure good air, safety and health conditions in underground wind location.It’s important for mine ventilation and safety to design mine ventilation well.
This design does research for mine ventilation system through using CFD software .Because the scale of the mine is large and the structure of the mine is complex,the design choose a relatively simple mine.The underground mine does ventilation through ventilation shafts to bring in the fresh air and to exhaust poisonous substances.The way of the mine ventilation is central compound -like ventilates.The method of the ventilation is exhaust ventilation.The working surface uses “U” tunnel arrangement.This design choose the best plan by comparing the sizes of air shaft and the direct distance of air shaft and ventilation shaft.Then design does research for the ventilation in the state of spreading poisonous substances.
