摘要随着改革开放,以及加入WTO以来,中国的经济一直在飞速地发展,经济的不断发展给人们的生活带来了新的气息,人民的生活水平和生活方式发生很大的改变,尤其是随着汽车不断进入普通家庭,在很大程度上给人们的生活带来便利,然而由于私家车保有量的快速增多,在方便市民出行的同时,也在不断的引起负面影响,路面拥堵,车辆噪音等问题越来越困扰着人们[1]。为了创造良好的交通环境,给人们营造方便、舒适的出行条件,亟需对城市道路状况进行精确的评估,合理的规划。而随着对数字地球,数字城市的研究不断取得新的进展,建立合理高效的城市道路规划便十分重要[2]。32363
本文以徐州市部分地区的Quick Bird高分辨率影像数据为例,对影像进行矢量化,结合地理信息系统的相关知识,运用Arc GIS软件,对研究区内的道路信息进行提取,并通过各级公路网密度,公路里程数,交通可达性等三个指标进行路网评价与分析,为徐州市城市道路规划与布局提供有效的决策支持。

Abstract
Since the reform and the opening-up policy , and the joining of WTO, China's economy has been developing in high rapid. The continuous development in economic bring a new breath to people's life, facilitate  people a lot. In particular, private cars bring great convenience to people's lives. However, the vehicle speed increases of the public bring benefit to citizens’ travel, it also continues to cause negative impacts, such as road congestion, vehicle noise and other issues which are plaguing more and more people. In order to create a good traffic environment, create convenient and comfortable travel conditions for all the people, we need accurate assessment of the situation, rational planning. With the Digital Earth, and the study of  the smart city continue to make new progress, we know that it is very important to establish a rational and efficient urban road planning.
In this article,  we use the data of Quick Bird as an example ,it is the high resolution image data of some areas in Xuzhou. First, we need to vector the images. With the knowledge of geographic information system, using the software called Arc GIS, extract the information of the roads in the study areas, and through several indicators, like the network densities of roads in different levels, the length of these roads and the accessibility of transportation, to conduct the analysis of road network, in order to provide decision support for the Xuzhou city road planning.
