摘要:本工程位于上海,为格林公司办公楼空调系统冷热源设计,该建筑共五层,为地上四层, 地下一层。地下一层为设备机房,1~2 层为办公区域,3 层为工食堂、厨房及员工宿舍等等;4 层为天棚,主要用于放置冷却塔及水箱。本设计主要冷热源设计:包括负荷计算,冷热源方案比较,冷热源设备的设计,机房的防排烟设计等等。冷热源为冷水机组+换热器,冷热源水系统均采用异程两管制;防排烟设计,将机房分为两个防烟分区,每个分区各设一个排烟风口, 排烟由各排烟风口进入各排烟支管, 再汇合到排烟总管一并排出。 23577

Cold And Heat Source Design Green Company Office Building
Abstract: The project is located in Shanghai, for the air conditioning system of Green
company office building design, the building has five floors, four floors on the ground, the
underground layer. Underground layer of equipment room, 1 ~ 2 layer for Office Area, the 3
layer is the staff canteen, kitchen and staff quarters and so on; the 4 layer is mainly used for
placing a ceiling, cooling tower and water tank. This design is mainly aimed at cold and heat
source design: including load calculation, scheme comparison of cold and heat sources, design
of cold and heat source equipment, smoke control design room. Cold and heat source for the
chiller and heat exchanger, cold and heat source and water system all adopt different
regulation two control, smoke control design, the room is pided into two smoke pision
each smoke zone are respectively provided with a smoke outlet, smoke into the exhaust
manifold by the smoke outlet, and then turn to the exhaust duct, into the exhaust fan to exhaust
rendezvous with the ground layers be discharged.
