建设工程项目施工进度管理研究

进度管理工作是贯通着工程全过程管理的一项重要工作,其对施工的各项工作都有着很大的影响。本文将就工程管理中的施工进度管理进行分析

摘 要:在我国社会主义建设工作的要求下,我国的建筑产业也得到了极大的发展空间。且由于人口数量的剧增,国人对于建筑产业的刚性需求也愈来愈大了,但这也给建筑企业的发展带来了空前的压力。建设工程项目一般投资大、周期长,为保证建设工程项目顺利实施,进度控制需全面、客观、有效并具有前瞻性。这就显得建筑企业对于工程施工进度的控制工作尤为重要了,进度管理工作是贯通着工程全过程管理的一项重要工作,其对施工的各项工作都有着很大的影响。本文将就工程管理中的施工进度管理进行分析:
    首先,就建设工程项目进度管理作简要的概述,讲述进度管理的方法,分析进度管理人为、环境、资源、施工方法的影响因素。提出一系列保证措施,包括施工管理组织的保证措施、施工技术的保证措施、施工各项物资的保证措施、施工设备管理的保证措施、施工劳动力保证措施。
接着,根据进度计划的编制依据和编制工具,从适用的、可操作性强的角度,就怎样编制一份建设工程施工进度计划作了具体的阐述,包括工作分解结构图、网络计划图、时间参数的计算、关键线路的确定等等。同时,又针对可能出现的偏差提出解决方案。
最后,运用上述提到的研究方法,结合天成综合楼建设工程项目,提出施工进度计划与控制的作业程序是一个不断上升的过程,着重对进度计划实施过程中应注意的问题、调整处理等方面进行了论述,以实现工程项目进度总目标。4414

Research on schedule management of construction project

Abstract: In the work of our country's socialist construction requirements, China's construction industry has also been a great development space. This paper will analyze the construction schedule management in project management:

First of all, on the construction project management is briefly outlined, about progress management method, analysis of the factors influencing the schedule management, environment, human resources, construction method. Put forward a series of measures, including measures to ensure the construction technology, construction organization, construction measures to guarantee the material guarantee measures, construction equipment management and assurance measures, construction labor assurance measures.

Then, according to the basis schedule plan and development tool, from the application angle, can be operable, on how to prepare a construction project construction schedule were discussed, including the work breakdown structure, network planning chart, time parameter calculation, the key line determination etc.. At the same time, and proposed the solutions to the possible bias.

Finally, by using the method of the above mentioned, combined with Tiancheng Building construction projects, the construction schedule and control procedures is a rising process, discusses emphatically the implementation should pay attention on the schedule problems, adjust the treatment, in order to achieve the project goals.
