We monitored temperature within and outside of OTC all the timeand found the temperature in OTC increased about 1℃ at daytime and about 0.5℃ atnighttime averagely.We harvested all samples from April 15, 2017 to April 17, 2017. We washed the wholeplant using tap water, then put them into a sealed plastic bag with plastic label identifying thesample. All samples were transported to laboratory and stored in dark, refrigerated condition.The above- and below-ground plant parts were pided and put into two envelopes. All freshsamples were dried at 65℃ in oven for at least 72 hours, then weighted separately.
