取柱子尺寸为: 

底层:b×h=500mm×550mm

以上层:b×h=450mm×500mm 

3.5楼板选择

板的厚度取l/40=4200/40=105mm,故本设计中所有楼板均采用现浇板,板厚均为100mm。

3.6结构横向框架的计算简图

本框架结构采用柱下独立基础,选粘土夹碎石层为地基持力层,基础顶面到室内地面1.50m。横向框架的计算简图见下图所示,取顶层柱的形心线作为轴线,2~7层柱的高度取为3.9m,底层柱的高度从基础顶面至楼板,h1=3.9+1.5=5.4m。

 4 竖向荷载作用下的内力计算 

4.1计算单元 

取③轴线处的横向框架为计算单元,计算单元的宽度为4.2m。直接传给该框架的楼面荷载如图中竖向阴影部分所示。由于纵向框架梁的中心线与柱子的中心线不重合,因此在框架节点上还作用有集中力矩。

4.2恒荷载计算摘要本设计为银行办公楼的设计,建筑总长50.4米,总宽17.4米,建筑主体高度30.3米,,总建筑面积约为7062 左右。

该设计按照给定条件和相应建筑规范确定建筑选型,该建筑为标准内廊式,并进行结构设计,确定结构方案选择,计算恒载、活载及框架内力,同时根据内力组合设计梁柱的配筋。此外,还进行了楼梯、双向板和基础的选择和计算。结构必须能够承受所有荷载而不至于部分破坏和倒塌,计算的内力进行了相应的调幅,使得梁柱的各控制截面弯矩分布更加均衡,更加接近于实际,从而使得框架结构设计更安全和合理。

本框架为7度抗震设计,先利用弯矩二次分配法进行了竖向荷载的计算,包括恒荷载,活荷载,接着利用D值法计算横向荷载,主要计算了地震荷载和风荷载,然后根据内力组合值,进行配筋计算。利用相应绘图软件完成建筑图,结构图。
